Honestly amazing experience. I did the gentlemen’s retreat and it was my first ever massage. It felt so good and the scalp wash was amazing. I’ll definitely come back very soon for my girlfriend or maybe myself again. Lin’s service was amazing!!!
Came in for the 60 minutes head spa and 15 minutes mini facial. Booking an appointment was easy through the website and reminders were sent for the appointment. It felt very relaxing and comfortable and the head, neck, shoulder massage was great. My hair felt super smooth and smelled great. Definitely recommend!
The scalp massage and mini facial were amazing! Lynn was fantastic. The environment was relaxing and calm. I have terrible migraines and lots of tension in my neck and shoulders and she addressed all areas. I will be back and I will certainly recommend her to my friends.

I literally got an appointment within 24 hours, I was texted directions to make sure I showed up to the correct spot, and the overall service was outstanding! I had very bad dandruff and after just one service my scalp feels brand new, you will not regret making an appointment! If I could give ten stars I would! I will be back for sure at least once a quarter.

The head massage was absolutely fantastic! From the start, Lin was warm and welcoming. She took the time to explain the services and shared feedback from her experiences, receiving the same type of service. As a first time customer and a first time client receiving head massage services, this not only made me feel at ease, but galvanized the reason I was looking for such types of services. By far, this was the best relaxation I think I’ve had in the last 17 years. Only second to not having anything to ever stress about…ha! The care and patience Lin provided was by far the best part. Each area she massaged was met with deep sensation and extended time to be sure she massaged every inch. I also opted for the hand treatment and my wife, who booked my appointment, was very impressed with the softness afterward. The only negative thing I can say is that soon Lin will be booked up and you will never be able to get an appointment. Once you have the opportunity to experience her services, I can guarantee you will return and so will everyone else. Just as an example, she has 5-stars from every review…..that’s unheard of….and WELL DESERVED. If you’ve thought about considering a head massage spa, think no more and just book…..this will be the best relaxation you have ever had. I’m willing to put my money where my mouth is.

Real affordable luxury! I had my first appointment on 10/1in the morning and Ms. Lin was waiting outside the suite for me.(yes punctuality!). The suite has two beds (one for facials and one for irelaxbot massage). I had previously reached out via text to describe what I wanted (I was having difficulty booking) and she responded promptly and booked the appointment for me. When I arrived she confirmed what we would be doing which I appreciated. I had been wanting to try a guasha facial for some time but couldn't find one that was close or affordable, so I was really excited that I stumbled upon R and R Headspa. The facial was amazing! It just felt like layer upon layer of cleansing and hydrating serums and masks. Everything was super relaxing and I swear I fell asleep at one point. My skin felt so smooth and hydrated after and I was glowing for literally days after. I highly recommend Ms. Lin and will be coming back for more facials, headspa, and massage!
I’ve been to a couple of head spas and this one is top notch. She has strong fingers and hands and that’s exactly what I needed. My daughter and I opted for the deluxe. We also did the massage bed which was surprisingly really good. Such a relaxing experience.

I’m so happy I went! They were so accommodating and Nicole was amazing! She had me relaxed and asleep in minutes. The room was dim, relaxing, clean and smelled amazing. The music was soft and melodic and my headache was gone after. A really nice touch was the robotic massage table afterwards. Incredible! I will be back….next week!!

I had no idea what the service would entail and was so pleasantly surprised. I received an amazing head and neck massage from Nicole and she did a hair treatment, scalp massage and rain massage. The table is amazing and you do not get wet or water in your eyes. There’s also a steam treatment for your scalp and face. The whole treatment was so luxurious and relaxing. I left their feeling like melted butter and my hair was soft, shiny and smooth for days. You can even customize your treatment. I definitely recommend treating yourself to this amazing and unique experience.
Had a great experience at R&R Head spa today. Was so comfortable and took a short nap there during head sap. The therapist start with a gentle head massage and then washed my hair. After the service my hair feels smooth, soft and shiny and I feel happy with the results. If you are interested in the head/ hair spa, I highly recommend this shop. I definitely will come back again!
